She went to buy two milkshakes, but the employee who served her (a Latina girl, name listed on the receipt) was extremely rude and showed no respect or courtesy. My wife greeted her politely, but the employee didn’t smile or acknowledge her properly. Later, when my wife said “thank you,” the employee just stared at her with an unfriendly attitude. No customer should be treated this way—especially when they are kind and respectful. If an employee is working in customer service, they should know how to greet customers, smile, and show professionalism. We don’t want anything for free, but we do expect basic respect. My wife deserves an apology from this employee, and we hope management will address this issue seriously and make sure proper customer service training is provided.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
