  AristaCare had very competitive prices. Five stars for the staff's friendliness; but, their card reader would not take my Visa debit card and cash was a no-no??? Go figure right! They had already gave us the meds and I had left to go back home. After arriving home they had reached out to advise us that their card reader was having issues with reading debit cards. So I had to drive all the way back to the companies location and give them a check. Mind you, the funds from my check where coming from the exact same location as the funds from my Visa debit card. Grrr, this wasted a lot of my time and fuel. The delivery was a small issue as well ... an approximate time for delivery could not be disclosed or figured out in a timely manner, so that is why we ended up driving there to pick the meds up. They had excellent instructions in writing to give the patient, and was kind enough to go over them with me to make sure everything goes well with the administration of the IV meds. I find that clear concise instructions are very important and actually show that this company had an interest in our well being. The location was convenient. It was right off of I-235. I had a little difficulty locating the actual store front for there was no signage that grabbed my attention. The facility is locked and you will have to ring a bell to get service.
