Arby's used to have the highest standards for food quality and taste. Those days are long gone. Be careful of this particular store. Food is always served lukewarm, never hot and fresh. Fries are always cold and rubbery, roast beef usually tastes old and crumbly, like its dried out. The last time I ordered drive through, I ordered a 1/2 pound roast beef, a double roast beef, and a classic beef and cheddar. All were terrible quality as described above and the alleged "half pound" seemed quite a bit shy of its usual size, so I measured it against the double that I had purchased and found it to be the exact same amount of roast beef, never mind that it cost me about $3 - $4 more for the "half pound" that was actually a double. I guess they consider it a good practice to short customers on roast beef to have a healthier bottom line, thinking we won't notice, but Ive been eating at Arby's since 1980, so I know their products well and can tell when something is off. Not all of us are idiots, especially when they charge the astronomical prices they do these days. Some of us pay close attention to detail.
