  Several terrible customer service experiences. Once they forgot my drink 3 times and didn't get it until I was leaving, several times they have missed parts of my order, the entire staff disappeared while eating their for about 20 minutes with other customers waiting, and more recently 3 employees look me in the eye and walk away. After walking away the manager eventually came up but not to help us. I tried to order and he cut me off saying he needed to remember some numbers. Turns out he was clocking someone in and doing so on the main register? Terrible experience with the various employees and the manager. Maybe you can get in and out of the drive thru but beyond that not worth the stop.

  I drive a truck and eat all over the city. This is probably one of the cleanest places you can have a meal. Nice restaurant to take a break, have a meal and just relax.

  One of the best Arby’s. Consistently good food. Employees are top notch.
