- AGAlan Green1 day ago1.0Got my order wrong and was told the next time I come in they would replace it . Came it 3 weeks later and was told I only had 2 weeks to come back and that manager didn’t work there anymore therefore I was out of luck. I called another war by to get the number of corperate and when they asked why I stated I just wanted to speak with someone. They hung up on me . The whole culture seems to be very rude and corporate seems to mimic this type of customer service because when I explained what happened they took my number and email and never bothered to even contact me . Won’t be going to Arby’s anymore. Food was ok but not worth tolerating ther service 👎👎👎

- VWVicki WallaceOct 30, 20252.0I looked forward to trying their new steak cup. I was there during normal lunch hours so it's not like the food had been sitting out for hours. I was VERY disappointed in the steak cup. The steak wasn't even barely warm and it was VERY far from tender, even in the slightest. The mozzarella sticks are the only reason I am giving more than one star. They were very good. I am unable to rate the atmosphere as I used the drive-thru. In the end, I think Arby's might want to stick with what it knows, and that's NOT steak.
