Went through the drive through and watched one of the employees pickup french fries, with her bare hands, that had spilled onto the counter and then put the fries back into the fry container that she then tried to give to me. The fact that they have employees handling food without gloves on is incredibly unsanitary.

Got my order wrong and was told the next time I come in they would replace it . Came it 3 weeks later and was told I only had 2 weeks to come back and that manager didn’t work there anymore therefore I was out of luck. I called another war by to get the number of corperate and when they asked why I stated I just wanted to speak with someone. They hung up on me . The whole culture seems to be very rude and corporate seems to mimic this type of customer service because when I explained what happened they took my number and email and never bothered to even contact me . Won’t be going to Arby’s anymore. Food was ok but not worth tolerating ther service 👎👎👎
