  I made an order on DoorDash and there wasn’t a place for me to leave a note that I wanted my cream cheese on the side. I called the store and Cam was super helpful and nice and got that noted on our order for us. Will definitely be ordering from here again ☺️

  Sammy at the window is wonderful. She always makes sure to get my orders right and she is friendly. Any time I go there and she isn’t at the window my order comes out wrong. Give Sammy a raise! 5 stars when she is there. Opposite when she’s not. If things improve I’ll edit my review to a higher rating. Also a cold brew shouldn’t have coffee grounds in it.

  Cam is the best!! The whole team was friendly and probably the best experience at any Einstein - ever. Had a large order & it was fast and perfect. Everyone was just the best!! Loved it. Staffed perfectly too. Thankyou for creating an excellent experience in a mediocre world. Keep rocking Cam & team.

  We came in to grab a deal for brunch. We had to wait a while and one of our items got messed up. But, we talked to them and they made sure we left happy! They're newly opened and are still working on streamlining. We will return.

  This Einstein Bros is located in Mayfair Heights, not Edgemere Heights. I’ve reached out a few times online and the marketing team has not updated after a few weeks. Once updated, I will update the stars. We did order opening weekend, I believe it was, and the hot honey bagel was pretty delicious. My mom ordered something more basic but was annoyed she got a rice krispy type treat instead of her chips. This was a to-go order. Always check your order, folks, but also employees should be double checking them as well.
