- BBBarbara BurdenMar 16, 20261.0At around 6 pm Monday March 16, I drove thru Dutch bros on i-240 and western in okc to grab my regular picture perfect freeze with an extra shot. it was pretty busy so I took a drink and moved out of line but it was sour ( like the sour that milk gets after expiration) so I go around park and walk up to the other window and let them know it's sour and can they please make another, one girl acts really rude goes and puts the mix in a cup and drinks it then starts whispering to another then she takes a large cup puts about 3 inches of chocolate in the cup and hands it to another girl and tells her to finish it!! Now I'm kinda in shock because I know and pretty sure the girls know that 3 inches of chocolate in the cup is not how a picture perfect is made but I take it and the girl says taste it so I take a drink and immediately spit it out because with 3 inches of chocolate in the bottom it was disgusting and the sad thing is the girls are laughing and being rude so I ask what the girls name was that poured the 3 inches chocolate in the cup one girl said Stephanie but was laughing so I'm sure that probably isn't really her name but I asked for manager on duty and aurie says she is but doesn't have a bit of customer service skills and was rude. So I will honestly probably never go back to that location and sadly it's closest to my house!! I purchase 3 large picture perfects daily the way I was treated is not right at all!!

Wait times are always soooooo long, there is never someone outside to take orders and my drink tastes different each time. Dutch holds people to a standard but I guess not here. I waited 20 mins for a drink… @dutchbroshq what about the 45 second rule?

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
