  I've been to dunkin' in maybe 15 states. This is hands down the worst one. Wrong order everytime. I'd just skip this place and go to any of the 7 other coffee shops on the street. These workers talk to each other over you ordering while handing you someone else's order. Its real bad.

  Disappointed is an understatement. This is the second time I have stopped by before work, ordered a Bacon Egg and cheese croissant and received a bagel instead. The drive thru person even read it back to me as croissant. Also paid for extra bacon to only receive two strips..

  We ordered the cute little Dunkin Tin for my sister and her family after recently having a baby.. I thought how cute! Then I get these donuts .. I’m very disappointed if I wanted regular donuts holes I would have gotten a bag of them for a lot cheaper but the tin was cute the presentation was not. You should really have this store print out the advertisement before assembling “ holiday / theme “ items.. 22 donuts holes and one of them had the valentines day sprinkles… ( there are suppose to be 25… ) very very disappointed. Then they proceeded to add cinnamon to our frozen coffee when that was not requested… this was such a bad experience don’t waste your money if you want it done right. They were quick to request a tip but didn’t do a good job to revive one .. we will be taking a break from Dunkin

  It's either missing items or what I did receive isn't correct. The employees don't care about anything other than sticking the payment machine out the window to ask for a tip. I will drive to the expressway location by Portland.
