  Literally tried to place an order twice on the app and it kept giving me an error message. The first time I called, the young lady that answered the phone sounded as if she didn't even want to help but okay. She tried to look for the order and couldn't find it and when I said oh wow that's weird but I guess she hung up the phone. So I tried to use a different card to place the order from a totally different bank and I still received an error message. So I called the store and asked to speak to the manager at this point because I knew the other girl wasn't going to be able to help me. I explained everything to the manager, and then the girl on the phone was like well I don't see the order you're looking for so you'll have to call the bank because it didn't go through I said I know it didn't go through I'm just wanting to place an order. She then replies yeah but I don't have the order here that you're looking for. So I'm like I know but the point is I want to place an order. She then repeats the same thing and so I go so what you're saying is that you guys don't place orders over the phone anymore? She then gets snippy and it's like oh okay well then what do you want what do you want to order. At that point I said never mind I'm good because this is wild like I talked to two people and neither one of them could figure out that I was wanting to place an order. The first phone call was to see if my order had even went through and got hung up on the second call I'm telling her that my issue is is that I wanted to place an order but for some reason I can't place it on the app and she's mad because I want to place an order. Customer service nowadays is out the window it's ridiculous

  2nd timing doing an in app pickup from here. Ordered extra dipping sauce , light red sauce on my kids pizza and well done on the 2nd one. Received no sauces (again that we paid for) and the pizza with light sauce had NO sauce , pretty much a crappy location and definitely won’t be back now.

  My wife went a did a pick up in store. Came home and realized they gave the wrong sauce that we paid for. Pizza is cold Not to mention idk where they learned shapes from but need to relearn what a triangle is shaped like.

  We had not ordered from this location for a while due to low quality food and bad service. We decided to give it another try, but we won’t make that mistake again. We ordered a pan pizza and it was completely raw in the middle. My husband took it back and let them know it was undercooked. The manager told him that the pan pizzas were just like that and most people order them well done. I don’t think you should have to order something well done for it to not be raw. Plus we’ve ordered it from another location and it was cooked. They offered no apology and gave him an attitude when he asked for a refund. I understand things happen and food is wrong sometimes, but to offer no apology or solution to the problem is unacceptable. We live less than a mile from this location but will continue driving out of the way to go to a better managed location.

  I live two miles from the store and they refuse to deliver pizza from this store.
