  Thank you team! ~ I came through the drive through twice in the few weeks, and the team member went out of his way to pack my order in ice so I could make it home (30 min drive) to get my Aunt her Dilly Bars without them melting. That was very kind of them to do, and I really appreciated it 😃

  Worst service today. They let a drive thru line stand still for 30+ minutes. Their systems were down and they didn’t have the decency to come out and tell the people in line. I would’ve left after 10 minutes of waiting but their drive thru is enclosed, there’s no way of leaving the line. The owners should feel embarrassed of their management, to not even think of the customers waiting outside. As I got to the order station, there was no sound. I decided to avoid waiting any longer (unlike all the other waiting customers) and went directly the window. A young lady said their system was down and if I didn’t order or pay, to come back later (“too bad”). It’s not her fault, it’s her management. I asked her to tell all her people to please let the customers in the drive thru know or at least leave a piece of paper about the issue. It’s not that difficult. Do better!

  We just sat in the drive thru for 30 min. The guy in front of us left his car at the order menu, went inside, they told him they were backed up... there was not a single car in front of him for at least 10 minutes. There were a lot of teenagers inside, hanging out with employees. Then when I tried to call numerous times, I was hung up on (at least 7 times.) Come on DQ - do better. Hire people and managers that care.... all the customers I saw turned away..... I don't see ya'll staying in business

  I ordered a custom cake a week early and went to pick it up only to be told that they couldn’t make it because the image was copy written. I wish I had received a call a week ago telling me this. The manager told them that they were going to call me but didn’t. :( The employees were very apologetic and I felt bad for them, but it still sucks regardless.
