  We placed our order on drive-through took a little bit longer than usual. Dr Pepper wasn’t tasting right. I asked Alex to switch the drink also he did a good serve, bringing out our drinks and whoever packed our order forgot the sauces and he also brought it. He was very patient and understanding way to go, Alex.

  The night shift service at this Dairy Queen in Reno, Oklahoma, is truly a disgrace. We had to wait over 35 minutes for a Banana Split and a vanilla cone. People who arrived right after us had their orders taken, waited about 20 minutes, and received their food, while we were left waiting even longer. Consequently, I had no choice but to cancel my order—and on top of that, they actually got annoyed because I cancelled it. Honestly, the night shift deserves a big fat zero.

  It was very clean, and the food was delicious. But the service was not it. The cashier was not even socializing. I said my order, and instead of saying something like ‘next person’ or even just a simple ‘okay’, he just stared blankly at me. And to add on to this mess, they took FOREVER to give me and my family food. All we ordered is ice cream, you have a machine that makes it for you, it shouldn’t take 25 minutes. And it’s not like it was busy, there was 1 other customer than us.
