- ABAddison Brownrigg4 days ago5.0If I could give this Chick-fil-A more than five stars, I would. This is hands down the cleanest, best-run Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Every single time we walk in, it feels like everything is just on point—from the food to the service to the overall atmosphere. But what really makes this location special is the people. Hector has made our family feel like absolute celebrities every time we visit. He goes above and beyond in a way that is so genuine and kind. My four-year-old daughter truly considers him one of her best friends. She even includes him in our prayers! When it’s ice cream time, he’ll take her back and she always comes back with a hat, a sticker, and the biggest smile on her face. We feel so lucky to have this Chick-fil-A in our lives. It’s more than just a place to eat. It’s a place that consistently shows kindness, care, and community. We are so blessed by this location and the people who work here.

I don’t understand why some Chick-fil-A’s are so slow compared to others when they are just as busy. The 240 location is so fast and always good never messed up on my order and the line wrapped around the building into the street and still faster than this location with a line half as big as theirs on 240. I won’t ever use the mobile through a line again so stupid and even exists. This location can learn a lot from the location, Off 240 and the location and Moore off of 19th
