He was kind, attentive, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and genuine. What really stood out was his thoughtfulness. After my daughter had been running all day at her track meet, he surprised her with a free ice cream cone. That small gesture meant so much and completely made her day. It is rare to see that level of care and positivity, and Dylan absolutely delivered. Chick-fil-A is lucky to have someone like him on their team. Thank you again Dylan!

Didn't have anywhere to be in the immediate so went inside to eat. Got a Grill Bowl meal with mocha cream cold brew- its my go too as I have gluten intolerance. It was a good start to the day day.

The manager, whom was super nice btw was letting the customers go back to fix their own ice cream which was pretty cool. He took me back and I asked if I could get mine in a cup because I was too full to eat it at the moment. “Of course” he said. I also asked if I could get some chocolate syrup on my ice cream and he laughed and said “you are extra, aren’t you” lol. That’s me, just a little extra🤣😂 Anyways, great customer service! Highly recommend this location.
