  If I could leave a negative review. What do you mean my change was . 67 cents and instead of you giving me back 65 ( we’re not in a coin defecent) we’re in a penny defecent. So your email layers are just Robbing people?

  I want to share the poor experience I had at Cheesesteaks in Quail Springs Mall (Oklahoma City) so others can be aware. I ordered a cheesesteak combo, and when they told me my order was ready, I noticed a fly sitting on my sandwich. I informed the server, and he told me it was “just flying around.” I told him I didn’t want that sandwich and asked for a refund. Another employee offered to make me a new one, and I agreed. However, while preparing my new order, the same worker who said the fly “was just flying around” — still wearing the same gloves — went to pull the trash and then came back ready to drop fries. I immediately stopped him and again requested a refund. He became upset and told another employee to “just give her her money back.” As I was being refunded, another customer who saw what happened asked everyone to change gloves for sanitary reasons. The same worker became defensive and repeated “give her her money back.” The other customer even said, “I’m not with her, but I also saw what happened.” This was one of the most unsanitary and unprofessional food service experiences I’ve ever had. Please do not order from the Charleys Cheesesteaks location in Quail Springs Mall — your health and safety are worth more than that.

  Taste was good. Portion size was ok. It was weekend afternoon, so service was slow as it was busy.
