  the worker India was super sweet, welcoming, & very helpful. she did her job very well & made me & my husband’s experience very good! will definitely be coming back to this specific location, thanks to India!

  Worst experience almost every time I order online and pick up from here. Items are frequently missing, and bowls are often incomplete with key ingredients left out. It’s really frustrating and disappointing. If this is the level of service, I would rather go to a diffrent CAVA location.

  When my wife wants a vegetarian meal, I'll comply but am rarely enthusiastic about it. This place is great for ANYONE. Don't remember the name of the bowl I had for lunch - but it was TERRIFIC! Chicken, rice, potatoes and all manner of trimmings (tzatziki, humus, avocado, etc.). SO GOOD. Food was fresh, full of flavor and a good-sized portion. Pricing was on par with any of the more-common burrito places you know, but this is somewhere I'm excited to eat again. Anyway - give 'em a try - you're going to like Cava. (Neither here nor there, but... I can't for the life of me figure out why they're branding with such a sterile, boring, corporate-bank type of feel? The experience delivers so much more than their branding.)

  I recently tried CAVA and had a really enjoyable experience overall. The build-your-own bowl concept makes it easy to customize exactly what you’re in the mood for, and the ingredients tasted fresh and flavorful. I especially liked the variety of toppings and sauces—there are plenty of options whether you want something light and healthy or a bit more indulgent. The service was quick and efficient, even during a busy time, and the staff was friendly and helpful when I had questions about the menu. The portions were generous, and I felt like I got good value for the price. Thank you very much Anthony!!!!

  I stopped by this location during a storm warning after the weather regulated when the store was nearly empty. The experience was uncomfortable and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. The employee working the front counter seemed distracted, was on her phone, and repeatedly whispered with someone in the lobby while looking toward customers and laughing. It felt very unwelcoming. The store was also running low on multiple food items even though it was still about two hours before closing. When I returned to the counter to purchase more food, a man who was not in uniform and did not appear to be working questioned me and asked “what’s the problem?” even though I was simply coming back to order again. I also noticed the employee touching the register and then handling food without changing gloves, which raised concerns about food safety. Overall the environment felt immature and disorganized, more like staff socializing than focusing on customers. Management may want to review how this location is being run because the experience was uncomfortable and unprofessional.
