  Haven't been to this Cava before, but it was pretty good. We were the only ones there when we came in and it still took a bit to get to order and the rice wasn't super hot, but everything still tasted good. We always like Cava.

  I went to Cava for the first time and had such an A-MA-ZING experience. Arianna and Chadwick assisted me and provided GREAT customer service. Arianna deserves a promotion and/or raise lol. She explained all of the menu items I inquired about throughly and with a smile. I will be back. I’ve traded Chipotle for Cava. lol

  Today I was helped by Omarion and he was wonderful. He had no problem with my difficult order and went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct. Very interactive with customers, station was clean, etc. Everyone else there also greeted guests and were nice. Food was fresh. Best service I've seen at any Cava location!

  I am a black woman. I was trying to DoorDash and I ended up having to drop the order and leave because of the service I DIDNT receive. I walked in along with another gentleman they helped him but did not acknowledge me whatsoever. A couple walked in, they were helped, still no acknowledgment. A white woman walks in with a DoorDash she immediately gets her order. It was at that point that they finally decided to ask me what I needed I unassigned the order and left the establishment. I’m disappointed.
