  This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Buffalo Wild Wings. Multiple orders were messed up—one completely wrong, and another meal (burger and wedges) came out cold. That alone is unacceptable, but what made this worse was the way we were treated the entire time. Service was slow, careless, and dismissive. It felt like we were being ignored while other tables were taken care of properly. As the only brown customers there, it’s hard not to question whether that played a role in how we were treated. When we raised the issues, there was no urgency, no real apology, and no effort to make things right. Just a lack of professionalism across the board. This wasn’t just bad food—this felt like biased and disrespectful service. Management needs to seriously look into what’s going on here, because no customer should leave feeling like this.

  CAITLIN TOOK CARE OF US WHICH EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT AT THE BEGINNING AFTER BRINGING APPETIZERS OUT AND ORDER TOOK 35 MIN TO BRING FOOD OUT A BIG GROUP OF 9 TABLES GOT THEIR FOOD SAME TIME AS US MY FOOD WAS BROUGH WRONG AND TOOK 10-15 AND NEVER GOT MY FOOD SO HAD TO CANCEL MY ORDER SHE JUST SAID OKAY AND NEVER HAD A MANAGER COME BY AND SAID ANYTHING ABOUT WORSE PLACE AND BY THE WAY WEDGES DRY SALAD WAS OKAY NO CHEESE AND COLD CHICKEN

  I ordered two 10 pc boneless wings. One order was ok, small pieces but passable. The other order…we’ll they had to have been late April foolsing me because the wings were a joke. Literally small cubes. And dry as heck. Even if I wanted to eat my boneless cubes I couldn’t because they were so dry. Dryness scale… boneless cubes > Popeyes biscuits. So disappointed, wasted money and wouldn’t recommend this location. Honestly if you want wings go to Wingstop where both the wings and ranch are superior.

  Dry wings were on point. Fried pickles were mediocre, need some serious seasoning on them. Bartender was very very attentive and their on tap selection is huge. Will definitely come back, not for the super sad, depressing and bland fried pickles but for the service and the wings!!

  My husband arrived home with our order with nasty fries, cold chicken and no drinks. Our order said it would be ready at 6:40. He arrived at 6:30. The food was in the warmer ready for pick up. We haven’t had buffalo in a long while but thought we would give it a chance. This is why I don’t order Togo! The quality or food was very dissatisfying. I hate wasting my money and that’s exactly what I just did. Very frustrating. The chicken was drenched in sauce while being hard and cold. The fries seem as if they were cooked hours ago. Horrible experience.
