  They forgot my fries! 😭 Ultimately its on me for not checking the bag when it felt light but still. Sandwich was good tho.

  Just went thru the drive thru and bought over 60 dollars worth of food. I ordered a half pound meal. Literally the first thing I ordered. Got to the drive thru window and they repeated it back. Had to pull forward and wait 10 minutes. The guy that eventually brought our food out repeated it again. Got the food home. Opened the bags. Half pound sandwich is missing… One of the HEAVIEST sandwiches they make, and no one noticed it wasn’t in the bag after repeating the order to me twice and carrying the food out to me. Arby’s may have the meats, but they sure didn’t give any to me.

  8 had a small discrepancy with my receipt and how much I was charged, but the manager James handled it wonderfully. Thank you. will definitely come back here.

  Look, I am no food purist. But I will say when I order a roast beef sandwhich it doesnt come tough as shoe leather and looking like its 5 days old. I mean no freaking way am I going to eat this.
