  The nowata, ok location is trash in the evenings. Day shift is fine but evenings is where you mess up orders and refuse to fix them so you can clean your grill 30 mins early(yes they talk about shutting the grill down early all the time). Nor do they even desire to talk to you if there is a problem. They made my husband sit there for 30 mins ignoring him because if it hits 11pm it's not their problem anymore. This isnt the first time this has happened, but the time that i really dont want to go to sonic anymore, which sucks because it's the only place in town to get a burger.

  This Sonic location has been consistently great every time we visit. Being in a small town, it’s nice to have a place you can count on, and this team really delivers. The food is always fresh, hot, and ready in a timely manner, which we really appreciate. No matter how busy they are, they seem to stay on top of things and keep orders moving quickly. One thing that really stands out is their accuracy—we’ve never had our order messed up, which says a lot about the attention to detail and care they put into their service. The staff is always friendly and efficient, and the overall experience is smooth from start to finish. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a reliable spot with consistently good food and service, this Sonic is definitely one of the best in the area!

  Never, Ever get the order right. Not ever, ever, ever. Their speakers sound like a bee farming in a gourd, so that maybe some of the problem. Did I mention they never get the orders right. Ever

  My car hop was amazing and made my brownie peppermint shake amazing! He left the brownie out! I preferred no brownie.

  Carhop automatically added $1.00 to my total when she brought my order. Order was $9.61, had $10.61 ready, planning on giving the $1 tip. Carhop comes out and tells me my total is $10.61. Thought I must have miss heard the total originally. Checked me receipt when I left, nope, it was $9.61. Guess that's the only way they can get tips. Won't be back to this location, and will watch my total closer at any other location.
