  I paid a lot of money for 5 extra ranches and directly asked the worker if he put ranch in the bag. He said yes. I drove 40 minutes back home to see no ranch at all in my bag. The worker seemed standoffish when I called up there about my ranch. DO NOT come to this restaurant!

  Great people love the energy. I see this girl, I go all the time and I know she’s sick and tired of seeing me but she makes the best wings if you know you know and you’ve probably seen this girl working give this girl raise.

  for take out we spent about $44 for two meals. unfortunately we didn't check the order before leaving and were given the wrong wings, so we paid for bone-in but received boneless. the lemon pepper was not sauced well either. i wasn't a fan of how they put both of our wing orders stuffed into one box, and the customer service was really mid/ rushed. every table had trash on it besides the one we sat at. the voodoo fries need salt or seasoning also and didn't impress. however- love wing stop maybe it's just this location.

  Ordering pick-up from this location goes wrong more times than right. Multiple times there have been unplucked feathers left in the wings. The employees constantly give attitude and seem upset with you for simply showing up for your food. Was willing to put up with the service because I enjoye the food but today was the last time. The employees won’t believe you if you tell them they messed up your order. Today I returned to the store after discovering part of my order was missing. Was told with certainty that it was placed in the bag but it just wasn’t. Would not give what was missing until I facetimed my partner at home who had to show the contents in the bag. After receiving the missing food, it was still wrong! They tried to give four wings instead of six, finally gave me that after asking multiple times. Then when I got home, they weren’t even all flats like I paid extra for and had feathers in them. Honestly this is the worst service I’ve seen from a resturant in my entire life.
