  Went to Sonic on Porter on Thursday, April 2 and placed an order totaling about $51. I had my newborn with me, and he started getting very fussy, so I had to leave. I called the store to cancel, no answer. Tried canceling through the app, it didn’t work. I then called corporate and was told I would be refunded. Perfect! Only thing is now it’s Monday, April 6 and I still haven’t received any update, email, or refund. I called the store today and spoke with someone named Luis, who said he was the manager. He was rude and unprofessional, saying he’s “not the online system” and doesn’t know how to refund me, and that there’s nothing he can do. He became aggressive even though I was calm and polite. I simply just want my money back for food I never received. $50+ is a lot to spend and get nothing, and it feels like no one is willing to help. Would not recommend this location.
