  I have been going to qdoba for years on a regular basis. Last year, I stopped eating at qdoba after 4 bad experiences in a row. I went today to try it out again, hoping the issues had been resolved, only to find things had gotten worse. Prices went up by about 15%, while quantity and quality went significantly down. I got nachos, and the chips were so salty I couldn't eat more than a couple bites, I asked for new chips, and the staff refused. The chips I did receive was in a much smaller bag than what they did in the past, and would have only gotten through about 1/3rd of all of the dip that I paid for. And they got rid of a lot of their drink selection. I used to go about every other week, I will not be eating here again. I am very disappointed, Qdoba used to be a good place to eat, and it has gone very downhill and isn't stopping.

  Whole thing was horrible food cold and customer service was disgusting and disrespectful talking to other customers while still handling my order they seem old enough to know better and treat people with respect. Very disappointing especially with prices being so high the least people can do is know common customer service.

  Ordered pickup ahead. Estimated time of completion was 8-8:10p. Online order says "complete". Currently 8:30p and the employee working the register is the same one answering the phone and delivering the pickup to the customers waiting. We're being told "is not ready, it'll be out." This "multi-tasking" isn't working well. Several customers have been waiting an hour already and with no estimated time for their food. Will not be returning.

  Probably the least organized Qdoba of all time. They will fill your bowl or burrito 1/4 of the way and call it good. I have been in several times and they have never given me more than half a scoop of chicken. I have also been in here when they took 40 minutes to make one quesadilla because they forgot about it and burned it. Go to the Qdoba by the airport instead

  The service and communication from the staff were very disappointing. My order was handled incorrectly when rice was added to the tacos without me asking, which removed the Monday taco deal. It’s honestly ridiculous that something as cheap as rice can nullify the deal in the first place. They ultimately had to remake the tacos anyway, which likely cost them far more in steak than simply honoring the deal after their mistake. Instead of resolving the issue quickly, the situation became unnecessarily complicated before they finally remade the tacos. Unfortunately, even after the remake, the steak ended up being burnt. To make matters worse, some staff members were speaking negatively about the situation in Spanish while I was standing there. Regardless of the language used, speaking about a customer like that while they are present is unprofessional. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience.
