It seems like the prices climb higher and you get less food. I would love to have my bowl filled up to the top with soup that I paid for. i usually end up finishing the baguette at the same time, I finish my soup. But since they give you less soup, I have a leftover baguette. Plus I don't understand why these restaurants have to keep it so darn cold in there!

The food is good but the service is awful. It sucks that when you place a rapid pick up, it's not rapid at all. I used to be able to walk in and get my order from the to go shelf but now you have to stand in line for the food you said you were picking up at a certain time so they can get it for you. I walked to the back to ask for my to go order and they told me to ask the cashier. Sure I will go wait in a line of 5 customers when I said I would pick up my order at a certain time. Why have rapid pick up when we are getting our order the same way you get when ordering to eat there.

This location is always subpar. Missing ingredients, drinks either out of order, or containers empty. Now, the chain has dropped the value duets which have always been a great deal. Now the very same meal averages $4 higher, shame on you Panera!

I really enjoy coming to this location - the food is always great and most employees are kind. This review is just based on one experience today. I used to work at another Panera location in Texas, so I understand how frustrating it can be when people come around closing time, especially for students working late shifts. Around 8:00 PM, I placed an order scheduled for pickup at 8:55 PM because I was finishing a workout nearby. Right after that, I placed a second order for a cookie since I realized I had a reward for a free cookie. I intentionally scheduled the pickup before closing so it would be convenient for the staff and so I could just quickly grab my order and go. As I was finishing my workout, I realized I might arrive right at closing time, so I called the store ahead of time to make sure it was still okay for me to come through the drive-thru. I was told it was totally fine. When I got to the window, I received my food bag and asked if the cookie was inside since the orders were placed separately. The employee told me there was no cookie and that it might not have shown up because it was placed late. I opened my app and showed her that both orders were actually placed back-to-back earlier in the evening. At that point she closed the drive-thru window and audibly screamed loudly before saying something to her coworkers, which made me feel uncomfortable. When she came back with the cookie, I apologized for the inconvenience and told her to have a good night, but she didn’t respond and rolled her eyes. I completely understand that closing time can be stressful. However, I did try to plan ahead by placing the orders early and scheduling them for pickup before closing so that everything would already be prepared and easy to hand over at the window. Since the cookie was already packaged and just needed to be grabbed from the shelf, the interaction felt a bit discouraging and honestly left me feeling a little disrespected. Again, I usually enjoy coming to this location and have had many good experiences here, so I hope this was just an off day.
