  Ordered online for curbside pickup. Ordered a Victoria's filet and carrot cake for my mother-in-law for her 89th birthday and took to the Memory Care facility where she lives. Everything was great. She LOVES steak!

  So, despite being a regular at this Outback location for the better part of the past 18 years or so, I've never reviewed it.. Here goes!! My wife and I visited a few days ago and grabbed something other than steak.. I enjoyed a half rack of ribs with the new creamed corn premium side and my wife had the grilled chicken on the barbie with mashed potatoes.. Whether it's a filet, ribs, or grilled chicken, the protein options have always been fantastic.. This visit was no exception.. Both the ribs and the chicken were delivered to our bar seats exactly as we expected them to be, cooked perfectly and quite deelish.. Outback's sides, particularly their mashed potatoes (plain and loaded), are always a great complement to the main course.. The recent add of the creamed corn has been a personal fave of mine.. We've had their potato soup, their chili, and their beef and barley soup and each of those delivered great flavor and taste, too.. Aside from an occasionally undercooked steak, this Outback delivers the most consistent quality that we've experienced from a national chain restaurant..   The Food was good. That’s not the issue here at all. The issue is the waiter that carelessly through my plate at me & splashed steak juice all over my leather bag and my pants. This was around 11:30 and I had to go back to work. He was unapologetic & watched me as I tried to clean my purse and pants. He told me “it will just wipe off”. Didn’t offer to even bring me extra napkins. I want to say his name began with an E (maybe Ethan?). I’m not 100% sure. But bc of that incident I will not be back. I have a lot of respect for service workers, However, it was apparent that specific employee did not have respect for his customers.

  Adrian was our server, and he was one of the best we have ever had. He was attentive, making sure our drinks never got low, bringing us another bread, making sure we were taken care of. He definitely added some class and pizazz to our night out! Thank you Adrian, you are a cut above the rest!!

  Gabby our server as well as the rest of the crew was exceptionally terrific. I had a very special dinner tonight with my children that I have not seen in over a year; and they really set the standard high for how hospitality in a restaurant should be. They over exceeded everything. Our first original spot was going to be Yamato’s, but they were closed.. so we scooted on over to Outback. It was 10000% meant to be. They even participated in the surprise visit, and even gave us complimentary dessert, and appetizers due to them impact of how wonderful it was to be reunited with my children. Thank you all. I legit thought I was going to lose all my emotions and cry my eyes out seeing my babies, but I really think the amazing service really set the tone for the night on how it went. Let me just say, you all are AMAZING!! I have never had a bad time here. Food is always delicious, and the customer service is UNMATCHED! 1000% best time I ever had, and it was even my 32nd birthday to add. Thank you all so so much.
