  Fries tasted old and cold, the burgers seemed like were prepared way ahead of time a left to sit under a heat lamp. Also they had me pull up to the far window and then forgot about me and my order, when she handed it to me it was like a arm through the window, then closed and back to what ever she was doing before.

  Ordered a simple large fry and a water. Kiosk did not print a receipt like it usually is so I went up front to try to get one. In the process my food was brought out and despite me being visible up front. Where they were speaking Spanish to eachother in front of me, They proceeded to throw out my food in the drive thru window dumpster, which resulted in having to wait an additional 25 minutes just for my food to come out, while they proceeded to try to give me the wrong order Twice. Just for me to have to go back and request it once again because they did not give my receipt back to me, despite me verbally asking them to. Definitely will not be returning for a long time. I have been to several locations with horrible service but this is the worst service I have received at any McDonald's to date

  This is one of the worst organized McDonald's I have been to. The employees were very nice, but the ordering process was unclear and confusing. There was no screen to display order numbers, so it was difficult to know when to pick up your food. The food was decent though

  Went to try the Arch. Good burger. I ordered on the app. 10 mins early. Still set in the drive thru another 10 minutes. When I asked why, I got my food withheld, then a combative childish manager named Tamarica came to the window with absolute rude disrespectful venom looking for a fight not an opportunity to improve the situation. Total fail. Avoid this place at all costs!
