Jimmy John’s always frustrates me a little because I usually order the Ham and Cheese Slim with no onion, lettuce, or tomato. It is a very simple order, but if I want to add red wine vinegar, they make me order the Pepe instead, which costs more. That really does not make much sense since I am basically asking for a plain sandwich with one added topping, not a more expensive sandwich.
The food itself is good, but the way the menu is set up can be unnecessarily annoying. It seems like adding something as simple as red wine vinegar to a basic sandwich should not force you into ordering a different sandwich altogether at a higher price. It just feels more complicated than it needs to be.
Overall, Jimmy John’s is fine, but little things like that make the ordering process more frustrating than it should be.

I got a beach club and they didn’t put the avocado spread. So I payed extra for a turkey sandwich 🫠

I ordered two giant sandwiches and they gave me two 8 inches instead. The woman was also really irritable and not very nice and was even talking bad about another customer for ordering a double gargantuan. The food was good though.

Ordered from this store at about 1:50pm, didn't get delivered until about 3:30pm, and when it did arrive they got it wrong.
In addition to that, one of the employees put me on hold twice and disconnected me several times when trying to call back.
Probably the worst location I've ordered from, I'd avoid them.
