  The service was horrible we ordered food at Taco Bell and we realized they made it wrong so went to go get it fixed they proceeded to put lettuce on it again anyways so we had to ask them to make it again and they were clearly upset in the attitude we weren't rude or anything just picky eaters and wanted the food we payed for and they then had also forgotten a burrito so had to get that aswell

  Assembly of my order was poor. The cheese on my taco was suspiciously wet—was not meat grease. Potato beef griller was skimpy to where I was basically eating a wad of tortilla/dried up potatoes and only had a small dab if sour cream at the end of it. My beefy 5layer buritto was the only thing that wasn't terrible, probably because it is a more expensive item. Employees putting together food should make it how they'd want their food made. If you hate your job or don't like the food industry—then leave. Don't make paying customers deal with your emotions or negativity through what we are consuming. The lobby also has an off-putting stench. I left 2 stars only because Karl was a polite cashier, but I definitely would not recommend this location to anyone.

  Literally the best Taco Bell! They always get my order right and make sure I have sauce and utensils. Love the staff as well, always the sweetest. EVERYONE deserves a raise

  Had to wait awhile..they at shift change....Carl talked to me, was very polite and helpful....they just needed help..

  Absolutely horrible establishment. I was meant to pick up UberEats from here. After waiting for 10 minutes, once I can get help from an employee he tells me the order is “cancelled” when I can clearly see on my end that it’s not. When I first came in a couple of girls brought back some food that was someone else’s order, mistakenly given to her. But she already ate some of the order. So I suspect the employee lied & claimed it was “cancelled” bc he gave it to the wrong person. Despite him wasting my time and money, I stayed kind and respectful. But when I questioned him on it being cancelled he did not apologize and acted patronizing towards me. I encounter poorly run fast food restaurants constantly but I have never felt the need to leave a review. This taco bell was a new low. This was around 5:50-6:00pm on Saturday.
