    My issue is with the delivery service from this store but so far contacting customer service doesnt result in any help. The doordash drivers can deliver the wrong order or take items from your order, as evident in the delivery photos that show missing items, and nothing will be done about it. Two times this week the drivers have failed to deliver my order correctly and contacting them will not help, they are unprofessional and unhelpful.

    All you hear while eating is "Drive Thru Open" and "Left Front Door Open". While this might be nice for employees at night, why do you need to tell your customers in the lobby?

    This place went downhill. Not sure what happened a year or so ago but I just stick to tacos now because they can’t mess those up. Everything else, yes. Old food every time. Today I tried to branch out again and paid for it.. Cheesy fiesta potatoes are still old, shriveled, and like rocks. Nacho cheese tastes off. Beef portions are uneven and VERY skimpy. Burritos are messy balls instead of burrito shaped and even ingredients. Tortillas are stale and chewy. My burrito was missing ingredients.. It really feels like they’re going out of their way to make bad food at this point. Now I understand why people think Taco Bell is gross. Because this is what they’ve been getting. And this location is intentionally screwing over customers to save money so they can report to Taco Bell they’ve sold X amount of beef when it’s actually less. Yes, this repeat behavior means that it’s intentional. Taco Bell was better before they sold to franchise.
