The tots had a burnt taste to them like the grease hasn't been changed. I tried calling them and no answer. I called corp and it was like my concern didn't matter. Instead of offering a comp meal or a refund, he said all he can offer is a mini milkshake. I spent 14-15 dollars and it was wrong and food is burnt and I get 4 dollar comp item. Sonic has taken a huge fall in customer service and in the way they do things. We have to pay more for crappier food. I'll just drive norman from now on to get something better.
