Took at least 15 minutes when there was maybe 2 or 3 other cars in the entire parkinglot. Second time I gave them a 2nd chance they took 4 minutes to respond to the "activated red button" then took another 8 to get a simple breakfast burrito to me. Forgot my picante sauce and made my tea sweet when I asked for unsweet. Absolutely the worst sonic in Norman no respect for their customers.

On top of that, he kept rushing us by repeatedly asking “is that it?” and “is that all?” The behavior was disturbing, wildly unprofessional, and completely ruined the experience. Management clearly has no control over staff.

I’ve never seen a sense of urgency with these people here so just before you make the mistake of going there and expecting fast food think again
