  i’ve waited 30 minutes (so far, lol) for literally just a cup of ice. drive thru is backed up and hasn’t moved in 20 mins.

  Boooo! Ordered through the app and they missed 3 items. They literally made the burger inside out. I just don't understand how you could put such little effort into your job

  I’ve been waiting for my food for half an hour. I see a lot of workers parking just to walk inside the store get whatever they want and walk back to there car. The food was warm not how it usually is. When I arrived there where no more then three. Cars and two of them where the workers either in break or just worked there going inside on none working hours. Not even on rush hour they had employees but some of them need to get there priority’s straight

  This is by far the worst sonic in Oklahoma. I've driven out of the drive through more times than I can count waiting on service of some kind. Simply avoid this place. Suggestions to sonic, get new employees. The ones you have here are terrible!! The service is terrible. I even stopped coming to this location for a few months to see if anything would change. Is obvious nothing has changed. Do better!!! Stop agreeing with us that there's a problem and fix it if you already know about this issue.
