  Cheap cup and over loading ice, bottom of the cup gave out. Thanks sonic you just messed up my carpet.

  Went to get food for my crew at lunch went thru the drive thru and person on the line proceeded to get the order wrong 4 times each time I spoke clearly each time she refused to correct it and wanted to add more thing to the order when i proceeded to tell her no that’s not correct she chose tell me it was my fault for ordering it wrong if I didn’t want it like she had it very rude and hateful my company will no longer be using this location as a lunch stop

  This is a location that I frequent because it is near where we live. Recently, I noticed that the staff are very kind and have gone out of their way to include me in Happy Hour when I was a few minutes late or early. I really appreciated it :)

  I’ve either been to this location or had it doordashed 4 times in the last month. The first visit was an order of 2 hot dogs and one order of onion rings. After 20 minutes and no food I left. They weren’t busy. Went back a couple of days later and they only were taking cash. DoorDashed from there a few days later and they sent the wrong food. Luckily DoorDash refunded me. Went again yesterday for a Diet Coke and they were out of Diet Coke. Seems like they have a management issue.

  The brunette with the black and white skull sweatshirt working the drive-thru at 3:55pm today was NOT happy when I pleasantly asked to add a drink to my order. After stomping off to make the change, she returned and snatched my card to run it. This is the rudest I've been treated here. The service is always slow. They gave me the wrong drink and didn't give me my mozzarella sticks. I'll avoid this location going forward.
