- SHScottie HogueFeb 18, 20263.0This place is hit or miss. Ate there three times in the last two weeks. All three times the wait time on food is very long. The first time the food was really good. The last two times the food hasn’t been so great. The bread came out and the outside was almost burned. I like there bread crispy on the outside but this was too much. Ordered the loaded potato appetizer, the potatoes were burned. Normally the manager comes around to check on us to make sure everything was ok and not one of the three times we went did they come by. Side salad was very good and the first trip the filets were great. I don’t think you should have to flip a coin on receiving good food with the prices they charge.

All of the servers have been wonderful every time, the music is not so loud that you can't hold a conversation, and the food is so delicious that I have to come back. I'll never be able to get croutons or a filet anywhere else that compares to the quality of Saltgrass.

The waitress checked on us just enough and the manager was walking around to tables asking if everything was alright. The same manager stopped and assisted the wait staff as needed. When a tray fell he stepped in and helped get it cleaned up quickly and was polite and kind to the waitress it happed to. The food was amazing. The only reason I only put 4 stars on food is because the Wagon Boss was just a touch undergone. Overall an amazing dinner on Valentines Day with the love of my life and my wonderful neice.

All three of the hostess working the front were also super kind to greet and help seat us, especially quickly cleaning off our hightop (I can’t remember their names, girls I am so sorry! Y’all are amazing). We were quickly get serviced by the bartender Shaun, who had amazing recommendations for when we ordered. It was delicious food, outstanding service and an overall amazing place to have dinner for our Valentines Day.

He even gave me a delicious treat. What a surprise! The hostess, waiter, bartender and manager were all fabulous and were A+ So personable, friendly and attentive. The food was so good! I can’t wait to go back and take the rest of my family. Bravo!
