    Having been a KCBS bbq judge I’ve had the pleasure of tasting some of the best bbq Oklahoma has to offer. Their quality is consistently excellent! I’ve been to both locations in Oklahoma and they are both fantastic. My favorite is the moist brisket. If I was served this while I was judging they would have been in the top every time. Smoke, tenderness without falling apart, flavor, all spot on. This is our goto for family events when I don’t want to spend hours watching a smoker. I’ve never been disappointed. Give it a try.

    I drive by Ruby's almost every day in Norman on OK-9. I always thought I needed to try the place, but just kept saying "I will next time". Well, yesterday I decided it would be the day to finally try it. And I am sorry to say, that I am so disappointed that I kept pushing off trying their food. It is amazing. I ordered online so that I could just pick it up through the drive through. Transaction was easy, and my food was ready fresh and fast. The 2 pound smoked potatoes topped with moint brisket was insanely good. And the beans? Best I have ever had. It was so good, I made another order on my way home from work today, because I could not wait to have their food again. I am hooked, and will order frequently!

    The food was delicious and fast. My order was ready before I even finished paying for it. The spicy chop is a great sandwich, but their smoked turkey is outstanding. On a side note. Their breakfast tacos are the best around.
