My recent visit to Qdoba was an exercise in profound disappointment, culminating in a decision to never return. The experience was, in a word, DISGUSTING.!!! Beyond the rudeness of the staff, the blatant disregard for basic hygiene was staggering. I’ve eaten from street vendors in developing nations with far better and more consistent practices.
The workers wore gloves, then proceeded to touch everything in sight—their hair nets, cell phones, each other—before handling food again. The breaking point came when one employee bypassed the serving spoon entirely and submerged his gloved hand directly into a food bucket. As if on cue, the manager—wearing no cap, hairnet, or gloves—ambled over and began handling ingredients with bare hands "like a champ."
It was a masterclass in cross-contamination and managerial negligence. The sheer carelessness was appalling. The food was rendered inedible by the spectacle of its preparation. Just gross. Never again.

I’m leaving this review because of how I was treated by the owner, Dylan Moore, not because of an order mistake. I accidentally ordered from the wrong Qdoba location through the app and fully acknowledged that the error was mine. I called to explain the situation and why I couldn’t make it to the location in time due to a 30-minute lunch break.
During the call, Dylan Moore was rude and clearly annoyed. He initially told me there was nothing he could do to help. I then had to explain how much money I’ve spent at this Qdoba over time and mentioned that there have been multiple occasions where my order was incorrect, and that I had always been understanding of those mistakes, far more understanding than he was of my own mistake in this situation. Only after that did he abruptly say he would “take care of it,” and then hung up on me in the middle of our conversation while I was still speaking and trying to confirm whether a refund or any resolution was actually being processed.
There was no explanation, no clarification, and no attempt at respectful communication. I had to call back just to express my frustration, ask for his name, and confirm whether or not I would even receive a refund.
No customer should have to call back after being hung up on just to get basic information. Mistakes happen, but dismissive behavior, poor communication, and hanging up on a customer, especially by the owner, are unacceptable. This experience was extremely disappointing.

I usually get a bowl and a normal size bag of chips but today I got a small one they use for the burritos I'm assuming. Why?
