    Ordered French onion soup and a salad using drive through. Didn't check my order . The French onion soup was missing the bread/ croutons and was a gelatinous mess. Inedible. And of course the salad was missing the dressing. What is happening Panera ?

    Food is average for a Panera. It's overpriced, better going to any restaurant farther down Main St. Counter staff (just one) was very rude and vocal. An old lady behind the counter literally raising her voice for various reasons, just seemed very bothered by everything. Then was talking negatively amongst other staff about a small child that was upset in the restaurant. When confronted however, she quickly changed her story. Don't waste your time or money.
