    I called this morning. The first lady who picked up the phone let me know all the frustration she felt in that moment. She was clearly annoyed when I wanted to place my order. Horrible Customer service. BUT THEN Nicol, another super nice lady, took over the phone and helped me put 3 orders for today. I am very thankful for your help and patience. Because of you, my experience changed completely.

    I went there to get me a bowl of clam chowder, and they do not serve that. As I was waiting for my associate, I got a drink. Slime in the ice machine. I paid for over $4 for a iced tea and it tasted funny. So I poured it out and got a Coke instead. That's whenever I realized that there was nothing wrong with the iced tea it's the ice coming out of the ice machine. The health department needs to do an inspection on them. That was disgraceful and disgusting. I will not be going to that restaurant ever again. Obviously poor management.

    I just ordered DoorDash and when I got my food The napkin in the bag had a spot of blood on it, which is really disgusting to me

    It's Panera, of course it's good. Always. I had a French onion soup French dip the other day. It was scrumptious.
