  You know we haven’t came to outback in a while. But boy was it a bad choice!!! Just disgusting!!! Had the three course meal the salad was ok just ok!! The blooming hamburger I ordered was burnt I asked for it to be a little red!! But it was burnt to a crisp I took two bites off my sandwhich the bread just fell apart couldn’t enjoy my meal like it was disgusting l. The cheesecake sucked nothing good here for sure!! And my wife had the steak was like dog food!! Just disgusting she didn’t say one work about her food but I did tell the manager that my burger was awful she got an attitude with her own customer how rude!! I brought my business to you dont get upset with your customers cause they didn’t like something your attitude ran us off!! Thank you for the bad experience maybe get a better attitude on how to deal with customer and their complaints it’s there money they have the right to have a voice!! Her attitude made it a bad experience and by the way if I didn’t like the burger and if it is burnt and you snatch the plate up cause you think I am gonna be one of them peeps that complain but still eat the food they complained about I am not the one!! It was a complint for a reason don’t have your management snatching stuff up cause they have a bad attitude how rude!!

  I really appreciate the Marine Corps/Veterans Day meal Outback offered their veterans! It was hands down the best with a 3-course including a juicy, medium-rare sirloin steak, a fully loaded baked potato, house salad with a mustard vinaigrette, and a slice of cheesecake for desert. The service was great; staff were all friendly and attentive, and I'll keep returning. Thank you Outback for a great day out yesterday!

  We've visited this location on several occasions. We usually sit at the bar because its too long to wait for a table. The same bartender is always there and always has issues with feeling overwhelmed and being short with customers and employees. She asks for help, but when she gets it she tells them shes got it or just takes over. It was no different tonight. It was extremely busy because of Veterans day and she was running around like a chicken with her head cut off but when another server tried to help her, after she was complaining, she told him to not stand in the bar area. Then the manager came out to help her and all she did was complain about not having enough water glasses. The manager said she'd get her some glasses but then the bartender started complaining that she'd have to wash them. She was kind of embarrassing honestly. She was super frantic and didn't listen to what we wanted and when asked what kind of dressing was available she rattled it off so fast I couldn't hardly understand her. She's quite tense with her fellow employees. When a young server brought her the glasses, she yelled at him and told him that wasn't what she needed. Then the manager told her he was bringing her the water glasses she asked for but again she complained she only needed a few but didn't have time to put all the ones in the rack away. I am not sure why this woman still has a job, or why she is allowed to work when it's busy if she cant handle it.

  Not very accommodating for veterans apparently. I came in for veterans day and I have issues with crowds and noise since I have ptsd. So I simply asked if I could get the free meal Togo because I couldnt stay in there and I figured it'd make it easier for them its one less table and customer. Instead im told no they cant do that its dine in only. I tried to explain my issues with my medical and even said id wait for a table since they're was a wait and id sit and order if they could just bring it to go so I could leave. And with a apparently attitude like I was causing her so much a problem asking decided to tell me they cant do that you have to sit there and eat. That they cant do anything about it. Funny part is a few other veterans waiting wanted to know also when they heard me ask because I guess they have the same issues with crowded places also. So its real nice that on the day theyre supposed to offer a free meal to veterans they cant simply put it into a Togo box. To say atleast im going to stop going there.

  Landon was our server tonight and all I want to say is he is AMAZING! Thank you for everything! Our steaks WERE AMAZING!!
