  They haven't even been open that long as a new store and the quality of the food is still the same SUCKS IM TIRED OF BEING SERVED COLD FOOD FROM THERE I pay 35 to 45 dollars worth of food and I can't get hot food this is why I stopped going there I thought it would be different but NOPE had to throw away all my food cause it was gross and cold I wish someone would fix this problem

  This has to be the slowest McDonald’s in the entire country, no exaggeration. The workers in the back? Acting like a whole middle-school lunch table, laughing, running around, playing, doing everything except their actual job. I swear I saw more productivity at a sleepover. If you love waiting, chaos, and watching grown adults act like they’re on recess, this is the spot. If you want your actual order? Good luck.

  I have seen glaciers move faster than this drive-thru. I pulled up thinking I was gonna grab a quick bite — nope, I basically aged a few years waiting for a McChicken. I watched the sun set, the seasons change, and probably could’ve learned a new language before they handed me my food. The workers moved like they were underwater, no sense of urgency, just vibes and blank stares. One of them even made eye contact with me, then turned away like I was an unpaid ad break. I’m convinced my fries were grown, harvested, and fried all during my wait time. By the time I got my order, my hunger had evolved into a spiritual experience. The ice in my drink melted, refroze, and melted again. Honestly, I should’ve brought a tent — it’s basically a camping trip out here.

  The new updated location is horrible!!! There’s no human interaction whatsoever. Our order was messed up, had to wait 15 mins for someone to come back to the counter, which they don’t technically have “cashiers” now that they moved to kiosks entirely. 4 of the 6 items had to be remade. 3 double cheese burgers plain and dry, 6 piece nuggets(only got 3 in the box) they fixed it but burgers came back as singles, and nuggets came back as 4 this time. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

  The dine-in experience of this brand new McDonald's is quite dystopian. You are greeted with machines and kiosks to take your order. The humans that do exist in this place are all in the back. They claim to offer free refills, but you will never likely actually see a human on the inside of this place. You will see homeless people staring at you in silence waiting for God knows what. If you need a napkin, some ketchup, or anything else.... You are not going to get it. Need a refill? Oh they're free ... But how in the world do you get it?? They have removed anything self-service in this entire store. I literally had to go behind the front counter to get straws and napkins myself. When they forgot part of our order, it took 20 minutes for them to come out and I had to walk basically back into the kitchen to get somebody to come out. This is the worst restaurant I have ever seen in my life please do not waste your time eating inside here. I feel like this is absolutely by design and I doubt that anyone in management will ever contact me about this issue or try to correct it because they want you to go through like a factory or a robot or something. They don't want to deal with you as an actual customer, they just want your money and to plop out some pre-processed crap and not be there to address any issues that you have. It sure seems like that's the plan for this new design of McDonald's. Trust me, I will be at our city council meetings and if any McDonald's is asking to build another location here in Norman, I will be against it wholeheartedly. This new design is not anything anyone needs here in America. Go somewhere else or listen to your customer complaints like this one. I have zero faith that anyone cares at this point.
