  The food was good, but the manager was a "Karen" who talked down to almost everyone who showed up at the counter. She even held a finger up in a customer's face while he was waiting for restroom access. Twice. There was spilled sauce on the table, and though two workers were there in the lobby, they were blasting something in Spanish on speaker phone, and doing nothing. Lazy and unacceptable.

  I wish I could give 0 stars. I don’t know why I keep giving them chances to redeem themselves and yet continue to get it wrong every single time. This location has been horrible ever since they reopened. I have tried delivery, take out and dine in. Every single time they have gotten my food wrong and taken an extremely long wait time to get the wrong food. I was in a pinch tonight and decided to give it another shot. I ordered take out, it took over 10 min for them to bring it out to my car after it said “order ready” and since I know better this time I checked the burgers before I left, and of course the burger was wrong, so I ran it back inside and got it corrected. Drove home and realized I didnt check for fries! We got two medium meals, and only got the burgers and drinks, ZERO fries. It’s so frustrating how they mess up our order every time and it takes so long every time. The time I ordered delivery, it took them over 1.5 hours, when it said the ETA was 20 minutes (I only live 5 min away) and when it arrived the order was wrong. I haven’t complained at all, but after tonight with my burger being wrong and correcting it, getting home and realizing I didn’t have any fries is just so annoying and really upset me. I don’t think I’ll give them any more chances.

  This place cannot make an order to save their lives. The manager Aaron is terrible at keeping any of his employees capable of performing at the minimum requirements to provide anywhere near standard customer service. It would be a cold day in hell before this place ever reaches at minimum a 4 star rating. The manager didn’t care our order had been wrong over 5 times in a row.

  Terrible. No help, no service, long wait, cold atmosphere. After 30 minutes, no food. Had to get refund. Very sad.
