- KKKeganDec 31, 20251.0Corporate needs to come in to do a undercover visit. 5 minutes for a single to go drink. Multiple people upset regarding how long They had to wait for orders. Witness multiple employees on their phones. Even overheard one that sounded frustrated. There was even a sign by the machine that is used to pay cash. That I couldn't understand due to it being in Spanish. No English equivalent nearby. By far one of the worst locations I had been to.

The manager rerang up the food. I waited another 20 minutes inside for the food. When I received the food it was cold as if they just handed me the same bag that had been sitting there 25 minutes earlier. I tried calling the store but of course no answer so can’t get ahold of management. The food was so cold it wasn’t even worth eating!!!!!!! I highly suggest driving to another McDonald’s and never using this one!!!!!

Today, After digging through the bag to find out it wasn't our order, we went inside and they took the same bag out to the car parked beside us. Thats disgusting! We could have v.d.! We are very busy and our "cheat meal" for the week is always McDonald's. It used to be the best one in the region! I know you can do better!
- LGLauralae GarciaDec 8, 20251.0I waited in line for 40 minutes I got cold fries and no sauce the service is terrible they've made multiple mistakes every time I come here and they are mostly rude. If I'm buying fries I want them warm at least I shouldn't have to wait more than half an hour. They did give us fresh fries but the whole thing took way too long especially if you are in a rush to get home or somewhere
