- DVDenise VJan 27, 20265.0I just want to give a huge shout-out to Dutch Bros for how they handled things during the recent bad weather. While many other coffee shops were closed, they stayed open despite being short-staffed—and that says a lot. They were upfront and thoughtful enough to put signs out letting customers know about the staffing situation and longer wait times. Yes, the lines were long and even backed up into the street, but the couple of people working were absolutely amazing. They stayed positive, worked hard, and kept things moving as best as they could under the circumstances. I truly appreciate the employees who weathered the storm and still showed up so others could get their drinks. People leaving bad reviews over wait times should really practice a little more patience and understanding—these employees didn’t have to be there, but they chose to be. Great service, great attitude, and a team that deserves recognition. Thank you for showing up when it wasn’t easy. 💙☕️

We get up to the front and they tell us sorry we closed at 4pm, mind you we have been sitting in line waiting a long time just for them to tell us they closed and that a certain car was the last one they served, but didn’t let anyone else know until they came to the window. Could’ve put a sign out, came outside and announced to everyone that they were closing, changed their hours online, but no they did none of that.

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
