Service is slow if there's more than 3 people in line. Mobile order doesn't help. I've had issues in the past with a wrong order here and there... but today really annoyed me. They had my drink done and the girl couldn't find the slip for the rest of my order. Then when I got to my office I opened my latte and it looks like someone made a medium and poured it into a large cup. To be so far behind and then not even fill the cup.... then i noticed all the icing on my doughnut is about to be left at the bottom of the bag.... I think this was the last visit for me. I wouldnt mind the wait if the food was right.
