  I pulled into the drive thru this morning to quickly order some valentine's day donuts and the person taking my order was very helpful and patient. I had a rather long order and appreciated his kindness and helpfulness. When I pulled up to the window, the person asked if I was 'my name' to which I surprisingly responded yes, I am! 😊 Because they were incredibly busy multitasking, another lady stepped in to assist. I explained what had occurred and she giggled saying 'well, we are your neighbor Dunkin'.' The service is fantastic

  I've been coming here for while and recently the ammount of actual drink in my drink has changed. They have started filling the top of the cup with foam instead of drink no matter what drink I order. Im not sure if this is laziness or they are trying to save money but they definitely lost a regular customer.

  So I came with my wife earlier and ordered then after ordering they informed me they were out of medium cups and said I would have to buy a large or small and I was like you don't just upgrade it for free it's not my fault you are out I came for a medium it didn't wanna pay for a large I have been a general manager for 10 years and we always up grade the customer for free when we run out of the size cup they want or I would go to another location and barrow cups so I didn't have to sell larges as medium after that I decide I don't want anything cause I am annoyed my wife still wants a drink so I get her one and they gave us the wrong drink this location just opened and already is bad at satisfying there guest i am a GM and if you guys need to get this store together get ahold of me all help ya out

  Manager refused to give me a refund for a drink they were completely sold out of in store unless I spent an additional $5 to add a gift card to my account as my tap to pay card (I don’t have a physical card for this card to begin with) wasn’t eligible for refunds. Incredibly rude and unprofessional to me. I literally come to this Dunkin daily for orders and simply because of her I’ll never be back or support this location again. To the curly haired manager that gave me absolute hell just for wanting a refund, I hope you learn customer service and how to speak to people whenever it’s your fault mistakes happen.
