Went here to use a old gift card. I ask the employees to check out how much is left on this gift card because it has been a while since I used it. The employees refused and wanted me to spend $ 1st without knowing how much is left. Ended up going to the DQ location in Moore instead. And the Moore location told me I had $1.80 left on the gift card. Don't go to the Norman location. They try to rip you off.

Possibly the worst drive thru experience I’ve ever had. Food took 15 minutes to come out, ice cream was melted when it came out. Food came out cold. Cheese isn’t even melted on the burgers. Saw the cook put food in the microwave. Modifications were completely wrong, I asked for no tomato, got tomato. My friend asked for no onion, got onion. Cheese curd box was half filled, got about 5 cheese curds, one of them were hollow; nothing but breading. Lettuce on burgers was exclusively the butt end of the lettuce. Meat on burgers was extremely dry. My Coke came lukewarm with about 3 ice cubes. Didn’t get my requested sauce. Overall extremely disappointing situation.

This location is absolutely disgusting. Pulled into the restaurant and noticed a worker standing, with headset on, next to a car with the door open smoking. Continued to pull around to the drive thru and the person on the intercom was the person smoking in the parking lot. I placed my order and the person was obviously stalling to get inside. Placed order and pulled forward. Handed the person at the window my card to pay, same person that was smoking, and noticed the person had NOT washed his hands. He handed back my card and walked around the corner. I hollered for the person to come back and I asked him if he was who was making our order. He replied yes. I replied, weren’t you smoking in the parking lot? He responded yes, however he had ran in and washed his hands. This was an obvious lie. I told him he was lying and asked for a refund. As he was trying to get the refund back on my card, I asked his name and he replied “Jeff”. “Jeff” obviously didn’t know what he was doing as he gave up trying to refund my payment back to my card and refunded me in cash. Once I pulled away, I looked at the receipt and the person’s name was in fact NOT “Jeff”, but Jay.
This place is disgusting. I used to frequent his location 2-3 times a week. I will NEVER be back and I will make sure to tell everyone I know exactly how disgusting this place is. Would give zero stars if I could.
