I have eaten Chipotle twice in my life and both experiences have been in this Norman location. The restaurant has been unkempt both times. Once when being busy and the other was not. We opted to take our food instead of eating at the restaurant both times because the tables were dirty and the trash was full. Changing your mind from eating there to Getting food to go after the fact is kind of a chore. The staff was not overly impressive, not necessarily rude, just very blunt and not really friendly both times. The food quality and experience compared with the price point is really the deal breaker for any return visits for me. The staff was fairly chincy on the protein serving and the rice was overcooked on my last visit. Qudoba’s price point isn’t much different, and they’re not Gods gift to Fast-Mex, but I personally never have a less than expected experience at any of them and their product is consistent. This isn’t the worst place ever by far, but I’m not opposed to driving by it either.

This chipotle has become a massive disappointment. I’ve lived in this area for 5 years now and have visited many times. Lately I am not sure if management has changed or new hires but this place actually sucks now. To start, might I add the most important piece of this review, the workers here genuinely start closing an hour before the store is to close. I walked in around 845-915 many times and they are already telling people we are closed or we are closing and don’t have anything prepared. I feel like 915 is adequate amount of time before closing to come in and then many people who come in at that time would agree. Good marketing strategy would be to track your highest sales points and be prepared for that said time. Instead, they either just turn people away or just pick and choose who they serve. Yes, I’ve actually seen them tell people they are closed and watch them walk out the door or groan and say how can I help you and really do make sure that person knows they are inconveniencing them lol. Secondly, they quite frequently only operate as online order only. Meaning they make you order online no matter what and sit and wait for your order. You never know when it’s going to happen and they never give you a reason why. Lastly, lately they’ve been getting my order wrong about 90% of the time I order online and when I am required to I dread it. I’ve had to make sure my order is right in the middle of a slammed hour and if it’s wrong forget asking just a general worker to fix it. There is a male manager who works here who is extremely calm, kind and fixes anything quickly and nicely though so that is a plus but he’s not always there and the fault of a corporation doesn’t fall on a mere managers shoulders. Chipotle needs to heavily reform this store and its hours. Whoever is in charge of the clean up time or the general atmosphere of this store and its employees needs to really work on what the appropriate time to clean up or close is because nobody is on the same page.

This location is never on top of it. Nobody ever welcome you in, and never have any food available mid day. Today, they served me wilted frozen lettuce and soupy rice 😪

I went in to use my points for chips and guacamole, they still charged me for the chips, even though they were supposed to be free. I told him after and he said there’s not much I can do about it. I just wanted my free chips man, I scanned too, yet i was still charged. Terrible service
