- AWAngie WNov 16, 20251.0Sat in line for over 20 minutes, was asked what we ordered several times (after the original order was placed and paid for), drinks STILL weren't ready by the time we made it to the front and were asked AGAIN what we ordered. No explanation what the issue was and the workers actually seemed to be avoiding communicating the issues with customers. Ended up asking for a refund and leaving empty handed. Just a complete waste of time. 7brew is usually excellent but this particular location was absolute trash. Hopefully they actually completed the refund.

Just about every single time I visit there is a line and even though they say they are supposed to take your order if you were there first, they just start taking orders and before you know it 4 people that got in line after you have ordered and have their drinks. Please work on fixing this!
