  I came to this establishment thinking I am gonna get a good coffee!! Yuck disgusting not even close. The drink was awful like do your staff know how to make a good drink?? They do however know how to give attitude and talk about the customer. I had a remake cause they didn’t know how to make a drink to begin with! But yet want to get in a huddle and talk crap about the customer that works hard for their money and isn’t suppose to get their drink made right to begin with. That’s a problem with me!! Rude staff that don’t know how to make drinks that talks crap about customers when they are standing right at the front counter!! Sounds like Jacki Hickman the district manager is teaching them well good job to Jacki Hickman!!!! Lol yeah right!! Teach them customer service how to have it when dealing with customers!! And not talk crap when a drink is made wrong or give attitude do it right the first time and you won’t have any remakes!! Bad business!

  I came in the manger was very disrespectful and nasty towards me the drink was made wrong and had hair in it she did not want to refund me and called the police cause she was not trying to give me her name nor a refund.

  I ordered a zero sugar energy drink and they told me they can’t add cold foam to the drink. If they can’t put a simple thing in a drink I won’t be going there anymore.

  The man at the counter was incredibly hostile. I told him I had an order to pick up and he glared at me and ignored me. I'm not coming back, and imo a reasonable business owner would fire this employee. He is driving away customers for no apparent reason.

  We made an online order for pickup and we ordered light ice. Turns out that light ice means less drink. We received 2 drinks that were 2/3 full. When asked to fill them up they told us they could only put more ice in it. The macchiato didn't have any flavor even though it should of had 3 pumps of hazelnut.
