  Only reason why I'm rating it this low is because they stopped selling the Grinch meals they only had it for like a couple days even though it's supposed to be a month-long promotion.

  Absolutely Horrible Experience I’ve never had a worse experience at a McDonald’s. After placing my order, I waited 30 minutes with no update. When I finally went to the counter to ask about my food, the “manager” felt the need to tell me it was her first day—as if that excuses the rest of the staff, who were not new, from completely ignoring their jobs. I waited another 10 minutes, asked again, and got the same excuse. After 45 minutes, I finally received my food and every single item was cold and clearly had been sitting out for a long time. Completely unacceptable. When I asked for a refund, an employee in a Grinch costume became rude and borderline forceful. The lack of professionalism in this store is shocking. This manager needs to go, and actual adults need to be put in charge. Let’s not forget the fact that the menus have been down for over TWO months. This entire establishment is an embarrassment. The way they treated customers—not just me—was awful. Here’s a reminder for the staff: the customer is the reason you have a job. Without customers, there is no job. Do better.
