First time might have been a mistake second time no mistake. Never again, would not advise going to Newcastle McDonald's at all.

I seriously asked for the manager's names and she closed the window and would not open it with a whole line waiting behind me. I sat there for two minutes on my horn, waiting for them to open the window. If I could post the video I would, but it won't let me post a video so here is a picture of the manager, who stood there with the window closed and would not open it while she made everyone wait in line behind me.
