I only go to this location because it’s on my way up to work and pretty convenient. I request through the app specifically to remove onions from my burgers and the last few times I have gone the burgers are covered in onions so I am unable to eat them. Since I work night shift I can’t leave to have them fix the order so I don’t have food I can eat and I’m out of money. It’s not hard to remove onions from an order… they put the stickers on the burgers saying “NO ONIONS” on burgers that are covered in onions. Needless to say I won’t be back.

Just went there yesterday morning. We both got food poisoning.

This HAS to be one of the worst McDs locations in the world. Giving the other reviews for this location, it’s easy to understand why. Every single time I swing by here, it’s always something. Last time they questioned me about the order I placed through their own app. Like literally, look at the order. Why are you asking me? After I had already paid. The drive thru staff is the absolute worst. Other time I was in there, I had to wait forever after ordering my food in the app. Today, my app said it was ready and I went in and still had to wait an additional five minutes. Then, when I get home they had to bravery to half way fill my fries on a LARGE order. This Newcastle location needs more training, and a different set of managers. I will say, there was a nice polite young man running the register and grabbing food. He should be the manager. If you’re hungry, just go elsewhere or you’ll have some big McRegrets trust me. This location SUCKS!

First didn't give us a spoon for the oatmeal, then the wrong breakfast sandwich, went in the person working the counter got a attitude with us and told us just go to a different McDonald's and they still didn't get the sandwich correct but wasn't going back in to deal with that.
