It’s McDonald’s not gourmet restaurant. I usually just put 20.00 dollars on the counter and say give what ever because you are going to mess the simplest orders up anyway. So I try to avoid McDonald’s at all cost

Pésimo servicio tardaron más de 40 minutos en entregar nuestro pedido, y aparte fuimos a preguntar que habia pasado y la gerente nos gritó y ya cuando los entrego el pedido los hot cakes estaban fríos más bien como congelos

The order area & dinning area were both clean. The cashier was friendly & polite. Was very surprised to see that this McDonald's didn't have a fountondrink machine in the dinning area. The food was prepared in average time & the food tasted just as was expected. I don't know why all of the fast-food restaurants seem to do this now but, if I've taken the time to park my vehicle, get out, walk in & order. Unless you ask me or I tell you that i ordering my food to go, then put the food on a tray & not in a bag. If I want my food in a bag I would have went through the drive through to order. Not just this McDonald's does that. It seems to be a problem at most fast-food restaurants these days.

I swear at this point, the workers here intentionally try to mess up your order, especially online app orders. Living and growing up near this location, I can count on ONE HAND how many times my orders have been completely correct and met with good service. 90% of the time either my order is wrong, they left something out, or service is just plain bad! It truly blows my mind. I only go here once a month at most now, when I'm in a pinch, and it truly blows my mind how EVERY SINGLE TIME, my order gets messed up!

We had waited 15 minutes to get our food and no one came to the register when we tried to order so we had to go to the kiosk. When we got our food the people we were with didn't get their drinks at all.
