I honestly think this is one of the best mcdonalds locations, but the sweet tea NEEDS TO BE BETTER. Idk who is making it but it literally tastes like water. Please put some sugar in there.

This McDonald's is ridiculous. The women that work there are rude. It's been that way for years. I seriously asked for the manager's names and she closed the window and would not open it with a whole line waiting behind me. I sat there for two minutes on my horn, waiting for them to open the window. If I could post the video I would, but it won't let me post a video so here is a picture of the manager, who stood there with the window closed and would not open it while she made everyone wait in line behind me.

Horrible experience never come here. They put onions on my food after telling them no onions. It came out with opinions. I'm very allergic to onions and I told her that. The food came right back out with less onions. It was obvious they half way attempted to scrap the onions off. I broke off just from opening the food to look if there was onions. Manager was very rude.

This HAS to be one of the worst McDs locations in the world. Giving the other reviews for this location, it’s easy to understand why. Every single time I swing by here, it’s always something. Last time they questioned me about the order I placed through their own app. Like literally, look at the order. Why are you asking me? After I had already paid. The drive thru staff is the absolute worst. Other time I was in there, I had to wait forever after ordering my food in the app. Today, my app said it was ready and I went in and still had to wait an additional five minutes. Then, when I get home they had to bravery to half way fill my fries on a LARGE order. This Newcastle location needs more training, and a different set of managers. I will say, there was a nice polite young man running the register and grabbing food. He should be the manager. If you’re hungry, just go elsewhere or you’ll have some big McRegrets trust me. This location SUCKS!
