    Why is it the customer fault? Most people eat at these Fast Food restaurants for certain things, so if a customer orders something and is not informed that they are out of certain items, why does the customer get treated like they murdered someone when they refuse the substitute item and politely ask for a refund? Well according to the drive theu service individual, I guess we are at the point where we are going to blame the war for everything!

    Always felt welcome when I dine-in. The costumer service is what it should exactly be. (Would be nice if they had trays tho)
