  Food can’t be made on time. Order thru the app, it was ready an hour after pick up. Don’t have that time on my lunch break. Not the first time this week, will be the last tho. New manager has a bad attitude with customers.

  I know why Subway is going out of business! I have been to this location 2 times in the past 2 months. The food was “”ok”, however; the person working could not operate the scanner to allow me to pay for my food or get points on the app? How does the only employee working not know this! Totally unacceptable!

  my husband and i just moved here and had been unpacking all day we decided we wanted something a little more healthy we looked up subways hours and online it clearly stated its open until 10:30 however when we arrived to the store it was 9:48 and the door said 10 but it was no big deal since it was only 9:48 we walked in and the teenager/young adult said they were closed all the food was put away and when i stated their door says 10pm he said "yeah, sorry were closed" if business hours say 10pm the business should close AT 10pm not 9:48pm also please fix your hours online because those state 10:30 and its incorrect, i get wanting to go home but if a business is open until a certain time thats what should happen.

  Ordered thru door dash. Not toasted. Bread as hard as a rock - seriously cannot bite into it at all. Called the store they blamed it on day shift baking burnt bread but their boss told them to sell it anyway. Horrible customer service!

  I just left the store I ordered two six in subs on white bread. At first I was going to get turkey and last min I decided to get the same sandwich as my son. When I got my receipt I was charged for 2 six in spicy Italians instead of the footlong. Common courtesy would have charged me for 1 footlong since that is what I ended up getting! Frustrated customer
